My Favourite Personal Recount

My favourite excerpt is "The Last Lecture". I liked it the most as it was the author's last book and he had injected many words and phrases that are meaningful. The author was deciding whether to give his "last lecture".

I feel that I do not have a lot of time to relax, like the author. 'So, how to spend my very limited time?'(from the third paragraph).

Sometimes, I had 2 events to go to but they were at the same time. So, I had to choose one. It was a hard decision to make. Once, I won tickets to a Disney On Ice show but was highly encouraged to go to my first scout camp in my school. In the end, I chose to go to the camp and gave the tickets to my family. 'I could'nt shake the idea of giving the talk.' (from Page 4 Paragraph 3).

'Maybe she had me there. Or maybe not.' (from Page 9 Paragraph 1). Sometimes people persuade me to do things and I would take a while to make up my mind, especially when regarding money.

SST's Founder's Day

Today was a fun day. I got to take photographs of the students and the cake as I was from Media club.

Everybody was given a cupcake and I enjoyed mine. :))

The Amazing Race

I feel that Expanding Our School Network allows others to know more about SST and more people will be interested to join SST. It will help me know more friends as they will join SST and I will feel even more wanting to go to school.
